ACE Production Technologies announces that it has released a comprehensive library of real-time help videos that are now available on-board each of its selective soldering machines as a standard feature at no additional cost.

This extensive on-machine library contains dozens of informative help videos presented in a how-to-do format covering a multitude of topics including preventative maintenance, operation, programming, processing tips and calibration.

The topics covered by these real-time help videos aid operators to step through daily, weekly, bi-weekly and annual preventative maintenance, as well as the common day-to-day machine operation procedures. The video library also contains light duty repair and/or replacement procedures, effectively reducing unscheduled downtime. The list of topics covered by these videos includes: maintenance, solder nozzle inspection, solder nozzle tinning, solder pump maintenance, nitrogen quality testing, solder pot temperature control, preheat temperature control, drop-jet fluxer calibration, wave height control, solder pot timer, fiducial recognition, board warp compensation, solder pot cart, video teach calibration, and offset calibration.
